Shipping and Delivery

​At Vurnus, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because we partner with global suppliers (including CJ Dropshipping and Spocket), our shipping process is designed to bring you high-quality products directly from international warehouses.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to United States, Canada, UK, and Australia. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for more information.

2. Processing Time

 * All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
 * Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
 * If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 * Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days (depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse).
 * Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or global logistics issues.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48-72 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email.

​5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

​Vurnus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking information says that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first.
 * Incorrect Address: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing or incorrect destination information provided by the customer.
 * Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us at team@vurnus-com-409588.hostingersite.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Multiple Shipments

​Since we use multiple suppliers (CJ Dropshipping and Spocket), if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
