Vurnus is an online store dedicated to providing high-quality, problem-solving lifestyle products that improve your daily productivity and wellness.
* Where are you located?
We are based in New York , and we partner with global suppliers to bring you the best products from around the world.
Shipping & Delivery
* How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. On average, it takes 7 to 20 business days for international shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
* Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we ship to USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. We are working on expanding our shipping zones soon!
* Why did I receive my items in separate packages?
Since we work with multiple specialized suppliers (like CJ Dropshipping and Spocket), products in the same order may be shipped from different warehouses. Don’t worry, you’ll receive all your items!
Payments & Security
* What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal through our secure payment gateway, 2Checkout (Verifone).
* Is my payment information safe?
Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption. Your credit card details are processed directly by 2Checkout and are never stored on our servers.
Returns & Refunds
* Can I return my product?
We accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
* How do I get a refund?
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. It usually takes 5-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Order Tracking
* How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. It may take 2-3 days for the tracking info to update in the system.
