* You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
* Once the order has been processed and sent to our suppliers (CJ Dropshipping/Spocket), we cannot cancel the order as it is already in the fulfillment stage.
2. Returns & Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is:
* Damaged or Defective: (e.g., broken, non-functional).
* Incorrect Item: (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or completely different product).
* Your Order Number.
* Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or the incorrect item.
* Photos of the shipping label and packaging.
Once verified, we will either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
3. Returns for “Change of Mind”
Because we ship directly from international warehouses to keep prices low, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind” or if the customer simply decides they no longer want the item. We encourage you to read the product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue a refund if:
* The shipping address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.
* The package was delivered but stolen from the porch/mailbox.
* The tracking information shows the item was delivered.
* The customer did not pick up the package from the local post office after a delivery attempt.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed through our payment gateway, 2Checkout (Verifone).
* The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal).
* It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Important: Do not send the product back to the address on the package without contacting us first. We will provide you with the specific return address for the supplier involved.
